Retail/Kitchen Rental Cost

$200 One-time Access/Application Fee

Member fee: $120 a month ( All $120 is prepaid hours)

Kitchen Time:
- Regular Retail : $15 an hour
- Bakers: $10 an hour

Dry Shelf: $10 a month
Cold or Frozen Storage (Full Fridge/Freezer):
- $90 a month (tax included)

Food Truck/MFE Pricing

Food Truck package: $250 a month

Prep time if needed: $10 an hour

Dry shelf if needed: $10 a month
Cold/Frozen storage if needed (Full Fridge/Freezer:
- $90 a month (tax included)

Permanent Parking: $375 a month (Food Truck package is included, the extra $100 is taxed)
